Through our Islington-focused community programmes, we can help you connect with businesses to harness the skills and experience required to help with your organisation's development and enhance the services offered to your beneficiaries.
Working with a wide range of business members, we can help you access one-off advice on a particular business topic; longer-term project support; business coaching and skilled board members as well as finding volunteers to help deliver activities with your beneficiaries.
With a strong relationship with some of Islington’s main stakeholders, including Islington Giving and Islington Council, we focus our work on supporting organisations working to address the borough's key priorities of poverty and isolation.
Working closely with you to get to know you; your aims and objectives and the challenges you face enables us to help you access the business support that will best help you address these areas.
We know that the best results come from collaborative working so we take a personal approach to making meaningful relationships that have the real potential to make a sustainable impact.
Since 2012, we have helped over 120 community organisations connect with almost 900 individual business volunteers with experience in areas such as strategic planning, business plan development, financial management, HR, IT, marketing, administration, customer services and legal services.
We have also deployed a workforce of over 1,000 volunteers to support practical activities to enhance physical surroundings and facilities through team challenges.
