Inspiring students from Samuel Rhodes School through a bespoke mentoring programme
In addition to Euromonitor’s participation in our Year 10 Mentoring Works programme, ten volunteers mentored ten students from Samuel Rhodes School, a Special Educational Needs School earlier this year. Sessions were geared towards building the students’ confidence and getting them thinking about the world of work.
BIG Alliance support Euromonitor’s Diversity and Inclusion month
Following Euromonitor’s engagement with our SHIFT25 campaign, we worked with our partners at Inclusive Village to deliver a workshop on the “bystander effect”, open to all Euromonitor staff across the globe which focused on not just the theory but it’s relevance to the workplace today. The session finished with an exploration of the steps individuals can take to cultivate an inclusive culture within teams and reduce micro-aggressions.
